How to upgrade?

hi all
is there a howto for an upgrading from 6.04 to 6.10? how i must make the upgrade? is there something special i must know?

There are details in the Release Notes (and all over the forums) on how to upgrade, go to the download page and read the Release Notes in detail before you to perform the upgrade.
