Default Ldap Migration With Different Os And Zimbra Version

Hi Everyone,
i need help in migration process with changing domain and we trying to do

it using zimbra open source

we want to migrate users accounts and passwords and if it possible mail boxes

for them
old server :
zimbra cs Release 5.0.20 FOSS with 32-bit Redhat 4.8 with domain abc.com

to

new server :
zimbra cs Release 6.0.9 FOSS with 64-bit Redhat 5.5 with domain xyz.com
