This isn't a migration it's an upgrade, I'll move it to the correct forum.

Step-by-step guide is in the Release Notes (and all over the forums), please read the Release Notes about how to upgrade.

Then you should have said that in the first place. The forums search function is quite useful: site:zimbra.com +"new server" - Yahoo! Search Results

Then you either upgrade your current server to the most recent release or install the same version on the new server, do the move then upgrade on the new server.

You've got all the details you need for moving Zimbra to a new server, it will work if you follow them. If you wish to try other solutions the search the forums and/or wiki for the word 'migrate' or 'migration'.

You're welcome but do make sure that you test the new server before decommissioning the old one and you should also make sure you have taken suitable backups (details on backup procedures in the wiki) of the /opt/zimbra directory structure before and after the move (on both servers).
