[SOLVED] update domain name

Hi,

I have installed ZCS 6.0 on my local server and it is working very fine. When I create new email account that time domain name is @zimbra.nivrutti.com. I wish to update this default domain to @mytest.com. So please let me know the procedure to update domain name and set priority to another domain while creating any new email account.

Go to the wiki and search for 'rename domain' (or search the forums), and read the Admin Guide for details on how to create new domains or set the default domain.

I would rather to create a new domain and set it as default domain than rename an existing due to your miss configuration :-)

1. Zimbra Admin | Domain | New Domain
2. Zimbra Admin | Global setting | MTA, Set Default Domain here.

Please remember that you must also configure your DNS to meet with the above changes.

thanks a lot, I have renamed default domain with command

zmprov mcf zimbraDefaultDomainName mycompany.com
