Default I can't send and recieved emails

Hi folks,

I have a new multiserver configuration of Zimbra and I cant send and received mails. I have de MX registers and the DNS configurate correctly. When I make a scan ports to MTA from outside I have this results:

PORT STATE SERVICE
22/tcp open ssh
25/tcp open smtp
80/tcp open http
110/tcp open pop3
143/tcp open imap
993/tcp open imaps
995/tcp open pop3s
465/tcp filtered smtps
587/tcp filtered submission
7071/tcp open unknown
7072/tcp open unknown
7110/tcp closed unknown
7143/tcp closed unknown
7993/tcp closed unknown
7995/tcp closed unknown

I think that is a ports problem, but I'm not sure.

This is the error when I try to send an email from gmail to my server

The mail system

<example@xxxxxxx.es>: connect to
mbox.xxxxxxxxx.es[192.168.5.5]:7025: Connection timed out

Final-Recipient: rfc822; example@xxxxxxx.es
Original-Recipient: rfc822;example@xxxxxxx.es
Action: failed
Status: 4.4.1
Diagnostic-Code: X-Postfix; connect to
mbox@xxxxxxx.es[192.168.5.5]:7025: Connection timed out

example@xxxxxxx.es is the account that must to recieved the mail
mbox is my mailbox server in my zimbra multiserver installation

Thanks in advanced

the issue with the broken stats in the admin GUI is discussed many times here.

what does zmcontrol status shows on the mta's. have you checked the logs for any error messages.

That would be the error, you need to remove one of the entries.

edit the /opt/zimbra/postfix/conf/main.cf file and find the line containing "relayhost". then make it look like this:

relayhost =

then restart using zmprov.
