[SOLVED] auto-query external accounts?

When using several external accounts I'd like to have them auto-loaded every 5 Minutes or so. But this is not happening. To check if there is any new email the users have to manually go to this "external accoung" and press the reload-button.

Of course they dont do it and of course they miss important emails and blame me

did I miss a setting in the admin-interface or is this a bug?

in the COS-setting for "receiving email" the setting "polling email" is set to "5 Minutes" but I'm not entierly sure where this setting applies.

I have also such expectation. Nevertheless, while I lookup the HELP, I found that for external account, it can not load email automatically, but need user to press " Get External Email".

I really wish my understanding is wrong. If so, please let us also know how to configure the setting since is quite important feature.

Thnx for your help. I was able to solve the issue thnx to your input. Mainly it helped me to know that the keyword to search for is "poll" and not "query"
