[SOLVED] I can't delete messages

I have some users where their free space for quotas are finishing. I can increase their quotas, but the problem is that theses users can delete messages from their imbox.

I don't know what is happening but its a serious problem.

Try using an IMAP client and purging the mailbox to remove items marked as to delete but not actually deleted yet.
