Exclamation Mysql Conf File Help

Hi
i want to know mysql conf file is ok because i mysqld use %100 cpu. first i give my hardware configuration .
Cpu : E5620 2.4 Ghz 4 Core
Ram : 8 Gb Total
Hdd : 1 tb scsi ( raid 5 )


and here is my mysql conf file ;

wiht color red you see mysqld demaon is %100 use cpus ..
