Default Problem sending mail across zimbra

On a computer with an application That sends orders across zimbra opensource mail. In the application to configure These fields :


SMTP server:
Username:
Password:

And in the log this message


Dec 15 10:55:31 zimbra postfix / smtpd [12770]: connect from
unknown [172.17.17.36]
Dec 15 10:55:31 zimbra postfix / smtpd [12770]: warning:
unknown [172.17.17.36]: SASL LOGIN authentication failed: another step
authentication is Needed in
Dec 15 10:55:31 zimbra postfix / smtpd [12770]: lost connection after
AUTH from unknown [172.17.17.36]
Dec 15 10:55:31 zimbra postfix / smtpd [12770]: disconnect from
unknown [172.17.17.36]


You know how I can get the shipment.,
Within the administration i have enabled Enable
TLS authentication and disabled.
Also I tried to make a telnet from pc and sending works
using the AUTH LOGIN
user and pass and putting in base 64.
Also I've Been Changing the parameters for Modifying postfix
According To this guide, I changed the parameter nonplaintext.
