I have an application installed in a position that automatically sends emails. In the application set the SMTP server, username and password correctly but I get this error
warning: unknown [172.17.17.36]: SASL LOGIN authentication failed: another step in authentication is Needed
How I can fix this?. Otherwise the mail server works properly. Zimbra Open Source 9.6
