Default request read receipt by default

A customer of mine uses the "request read receipt" flag almost for every mail sent.
They'd like to able to set the flag as a per-account default, either through preferences in web client, or administratively.
Is it possible to do this in zimbra?

In the Zimbra Admin Console you can set-up a Class of Service (COS) or modify the default COS, and set the option for read receipts under the preferences tab. (You can probably do it via command-line as well.) Then when you add a new account it should pick up this setting as long as you assign them to the same COS that you changed.

Could you please give me a hint as to which attribute should I set?
The only options I can find seem to relate to enabling the read receipt feature at all (zimbraFeatureReadReceiptsEnabled in the CLI), and to how the mail receiver should handle the read receipt request (zimbraPrefMailSendReadReceipts).
I cannot find an option to set the read receipt composing option as a default for an account or COS.

same problem here: I only can find the option to always send read receipt, but not to request it every time I compose an e-mail.

it doesn't appear this is an option. there is a rfe for it you should add your vote and/or comment to the following
