Live support chat for Zimbra ?

Is there any Live chat support for Zimbra? If we have any live production issues, this may gives us sudden solution ?

No, there isn't. There is an irc channel but it's not that busy and nothing (formally) to do with these forums (search the forums for details).

These are Community forums and this is free software you're using - everyone who posts on these forums does so when they have the time, people do have 'real' jobs and other things to do. If your mail server is mission critical and support is important for you then I'd suggest you think about using the Network Edition.

Yes I aggree, Me too got many clarification from this forum. I am not blamming this form. Just asked anyother way to live chat available for zimbra. Its opensource thats i know very well. Like openERP and all opensource, they gave live chat support for their opensource edition. Like the same, Zimbra too think of providing this option for some senior forum members.
