Default Client host rejected: cannot find your hostname

Hi guys,

I've checked my log files (maillog) and noticed that a valid mail address doesn't get send us email, this is the message:
Client host rejected: cannot find your hostname, [xxx.xxx.x.xxx]; from=<valid_mail_address>
where xxx is an IP. Maybe it's a problem with their reverse, but how can I set Zimbra to accept, with no restrictions, mails coming from them???

Best regards,

HTR.

There's a lack of information in your posts, you should post details of the DNS & protocol setting you have in use and is this a message from you or to you? You should also post details of the exact errors from the log file, do not post one line that's out-of-context.
