You need to update your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post the output in this thread):
Code:
zmcontrol -v
Where is this message occurring and under what circumstances?

I presume this is with the Outlook Connector? What happens at the time this message occurs, anything obvious? Which version of Outlook is this and is it fully patched and up-to-date?

Outlook connector: yes
What happens at the time the message occurs: Nothing Special that the client can remember
Outlook Version: Outlook 2007 SP2
Fully Patched & Up to Date: No

The customer mentions that other users with the same configurations never have / get's these problems / e-mails.
