Iam using zimbra 6.0.1 version with Cent OS. I have gone through the how to s using zimbra_altermime_0.0.4. My doubt is that whether this can be used in version 6.0.1. If not , is there any other way to include a disclaimer script to all my outgoing mails.
A per-domain disclaimer functionality was added in 6.0.4 and there's a zimlet you can use for previous versions. A quick search in the wiki and the forums would have pointed you in the right direction.

I have got one option using altermime. But there is a warning that it should work only wit zimbra 5.x versions.
Is there any other way?

Why has this been added to a thread that's over a year old and bears no relationship to your question? Have you actually searched the forums and read the Documentation and Release Notes, this question has been answered many times in the forums.
