Default [SOLVED] RAM 4GB to 8GB on my zimbra mail server - mailbox service cant be started

I have upgrade the RAM 4GB to 8GB on my zimbra mail server. After upgrade the RAM it shows 4GB only. I asked redhat support for solving this issue, they told to install the PAE kernel. I have installed PAE kernel and boot it on this same kernel, it shows the correct size. But the zimbra mailbox service was not able to start. Kindly help me on this issue.

OS Version : RHEL 5.4 32 bit

Zimbra Version : zimbra 6.0.7_GA

The PAE kernel offers no advantage as no process can use more tha 2GB of RAM, you should migrate to a 64bit server. A search of the forums: site:zimbra.com +pae - Yahoo! Search Results

We upgraded to 64 bit. But 32 bit os has to formated and installed new 64 bit OS. Then restored the old mails to new server, it tooks lot of effort to complete.

Thanks..
