Managing Resources

Hello! I am fairly new to Zimbra and am having a bit of trouble managing resources. I have created a room, called ch1_east and have given it a "manual accept" scheduling policy. User who gets the forwarded email from the location gets a "permission denied" error when trying to accept the invite. How do I give this user the right to administer the resource?

Same issue here...But if you also share the calendar of the resource with the user who receives the forwarded emails, you won't receive any errors.
