GALs and multiple domains

I have a Zimbra server running 4.0.1 and we have multiple domains (5) under our corporate umbrella. Does the ability exist to be able to access the email addresses of users accross all domains? A truely "Global" address/contact list. I have been through all the admin setup screens but haven't see how to enable this. If I do a search I only see the addresses from the domain of the account I'm logged in with at the time. This has become a hot button with corporate leadership who belong to the top corporate level domain, but frequently need to access addresses which belong to the other domains.
