Default not able to access web console

Dear All,

I have zimbra with following details

Release 6.0.8_GA_2661.RHEL5_64_20100820052503 CentOS5_64 FOSS edition.

installation is successful, after installation I am not able to access web console on 7071. in firefox it say connected but nothing opens.

How to resolve this issue.

I assume you used https not http?

Can you access the user mailbox without problems? Which browser are you using? Have you cleared the browser cache? Are you behind a NAT router and do you have a Split DNS set-up? If you have a split DNS have you check that's it's working OK by running the commands in the 'Verify...' section of that article?

Default it is in lan only.....

Hi,

It is in lan only..Not published to internet. Even I am not able to access web access site for mails.

As you're behind a NAT router you need a Split DNS, have you set one up?
