Restricted inboxes with shared external account sending issues

Hello,
ze have the following config in ZCS6 freshly installed.
All user are restricted to send/receive email to/from external accounts except for one account that is 'unlocked' for sending. That account is set up in 2 person's ZWC (was added under Accounts>add external account in IMAP) so that these two people can manage that inbox interchangeably. Problems is that since there own personal mailbox is restricted, they cannot sent through that external mailbox (sent on behalf of...).
Is there a way to get around that, so that their accounts are restricted but can still send through that shared 3rd account.

A forum search would have found the answer for you, it's not possible - there's an RFE in bugzilla for this feature if you'd care to vote on it.
