Default zimbra admin - global settings - not able to save

Hi,

I have encountered itneresting issue here. I am not able to modify / save any settings in the Global Settings as when I click on save I will get this:

Javascript error encountered in method
ZaXFormViewController.prototype._saveChangesCallba ck

message: this._currentObject.attrs[m].join is not a functin Filename:
https://mailserver.xxx.com:7071/zimbraAdmin
/js/Admin_all.js.zgz?v=101102094417 lineNumber:15250

FYI:
Release 7.0.0_BETA2_2897.RHEL5_64_20101102092658 CentOS5_64 FOSS edition.

Have anybody got any idea what is going on and how to fix this?

Many thanks.

Have you checked Bugzilla Main Page - Zimbra to see if it has been reported as you are running ZCS V7 beta

Hi,

yes, I did check Bugzilla with no results.

Maybe it's time to submit new bug ...

The interesting this is that it used to work fine and just stopped, all services are funning fine, no other issues observed so far.

Does it persist after restarting ZCS ? Any error message in /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log ?

Hi,

I think I might be getting to the bottom of this, look at this:

[zimbra@mailserver ~]$ zmprov gacf | grep -i mtarestriction
zimbraMtaRestriction: check_policy_service inet:127.0.0.1:2501

I remember to use the following command as a zimbra user:

zmprov mcf zimbraMtaRestriction "check_policy_service inet:127.0.0.1:2501"

Before, all was fine, after, I got a problem. I have also added after the above command:

%%contains VAR:zimbraMtaRestriction check_policy_service inet:127.0.0.1:2501%%

to postfix recipient restrictions file.

Greylisting worsk fine with zimbra 7, I have not got interface for it yet as I don't know how to implement it with the latest zimbra, but certainly the zmprov command broken things for me.

Can anybody help how to revert this back please?

Many thanks.

well,

I have tried the above command. After that I was able to go to admin and save the global settings - I have modified spam kill percent and then I was able to save it.

Then I went back again and believe or not, the error message is back.... arrrggggghhhh :-(
