Hi guys,
I've got another issue with a new client on our hosted zimbra server. They only need the ZCS for approx 10 of the 75-odd email accounts (the rest use just plain POP) so they can't afford to fork out for all of them.
To get around this we've set up a subdomain under our own domain and are POP'ing their emails down from a standard POP server. So far so good - they receive emails as usual.
But when they go to send emails, it seems the 'From' setting isn't sticking. It seems to work the first few times we test it, but then reverts back to their ugly subdomain email when others receive it.
So basically the have an account like 'tania@customer.oxynet.co.nz' but their email is actually 'tania@customer.co.nz', so we set their From address to that. But when they send email it still appears at the receiver's end as 'tania@customer.oxynet.co.nz'.
I've attached some screenshots of what happens. Anyone have any ideas what is causing this? Is it a bug?
