When I (or any other user on our zimbra server) am composing a mail, and click on the To: button, It only shows about half our users from the global adress list, and the next button is greyed out. How can I fix this?

perhaps similar to this?
Contact names after 'M' missing in GAL
it suggests maybe forcing a galsync will fix it
