    Default Instant 504: Gateway Timeout when viewing via mobile browser

    Hi

    I have just migrated our company over to Zimbra. Everything seems to be behaving except for viewing mail via a mobile phone browser. I instantly get a "504: Gateway Timeout". When I view the details of this error, I get:
    Code:
    The following error was encountered:
        - Connection to <our ip> Failed
    
    The system returned:
        (111) Connection refused
    
    The remote host or network may be down.  Please try the request again.
    I have tried the connection externally to ensure that the firewall setup is correct.

    Any ideas?

    Update: this is on my Blackberry. If I try an older windows mobile phone, it works fine.

    Also seems to work via the Opera browser on the Blackberry. Very strange. Opera isn't the best, but I guess its better than no email.

    Anybody have any ideas as to why the native Blackberry browser doesn't work?

    The issue might be located by your cell carrier and not related to Zimbra.

    The BB browser might be using a transparent proxy different from the one Opera uses.
