How to setup sugar-zimlet ?

I have downloaded the sugar-zimlet package but there is no instruction about how to install or setup sugar-zimlet files to connect zimbra interface to sugar-crm.

Please tell me step by step where to put included files.

If you look inside the zip file you downloaded, there is a "README" and a "INSTALL" that explain you how to install and use the zimlet.

The credentials setup is done by each user by double-clicking on the zimlet.
