Default Create documents greyed out!

What am I doing wrong?

The 'Create Documents' tab on in my Admin, Domain settings is greyed out!

I have tried creating a new Domain but to no avail.

I'm running on CentOS and have installed the compat-libstdc's. I have no trouble creating Documents as a User I just can't in Admin.

Secondly, how do I change the ownership of documents already on the Zimbra Server. For example, to make them owned by defaultdocsuser@domain instead of user@domain

Ta muchly!

Russ

Thanks for the quick reply Phoenix but i'm not sure what you mean? The Admin account or the docs account?
Both are active and I have been into the docs@domain account to check it is working. it has a password too. It also has 'Documents' ticked in 'Features'.

Sorry, clicked on the 'enabled' in your post now and read the doc!!

Nevertheless, still I seem to have done what it suggests. Any other ideas?

Does the account exist? Try running the following command:

zmprov gcf zimbraNotebookAccount

does that display the account name?

Yes it does Mate.

Am I completely misunderstanding this? Should I be logging into the admin interface as this document user or as any Admin user?

As I said, everything else seems to work perfectly I just can't click on the 'Create Documents' button!

Thanks Bill

Hi Bobby,

the 'Create Documents' button appears in the Domain settings at the top right but it's OK, it wasn't an error just me misunderstanding!

The Create Documents tab is not greyed out when you inititally install Zimbra, it becomes greyed out after you press on it to create the Document/Wiki user. I thought it was actually a way to publish documents rather than just the method to set up the Tree!

Sorry to have wasted your time with this!

Thanks

Russ
