Default Cannot send email to specific address

When a user try to send email to a specific address, he receive the following message in reply, and I don't know what's wrong:

This is the mail system at host mailserver.xxx.local.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the attached returned message.

The mail system

<florin.xxx@xxxx.ro>: host smtp.vhsmail.xxx.com[xxx.xxx.xx.xx]
said: 550 5.7.1 Spiked: HIT:127.0.0.10/rep.anubisnetworks.com - (in reply
to end of DATA command)

I would guess that because of the response (highlighted in red) above you need to ask the admin of the mail server that rejected your email, why it was rejected. I believe that anubisnetworks.com provides some form of anti-spam solution and that's rejecting your email.
