Just giving 7 B1 a run and have noticed that the "include shared items" when searching does still not 'stick" when you log out.

could this be enabled? We get constant comments from users that they should be able to search the shared contacts as well as local without having to enable it each time they log on.

You'll want to post this in bugzilla with specific steps so that the bug can be confirmed/assigned/fixed. Posting here doesn't necessarily alert the developers.
