Send a message to all accounts on server

Hi,

I want to be able to send administrative messages to all users on our zimbra server (eg warning of maintenance outages etc). At the moment I manually bcc everyone - is there an easier way?

Probably not the 'quick' way you want to hear, but create a distribution list of all users and then use that.

yeah, that's what I'm doing. I guess it's not too bad once you've set up the initial accounts.

I guess I was just hoping there would be a magic group that included everyone already set up
