Administration Console: deferred queue stuck at scanning status

The Deferred tab show (1) deferred message but the status show scanning and it never get pass that status. Restart the server doesn't help. Is there a way to clear it. TIA.

Can you run the console with ?debug=1 and send me the SOAP trace from debug window?

I meet the same issue. What is the mean of "run the console with ?debug=1"????

It means to add "?debug=1" to the end of the address, like this:
https://mail.domain.com:7071/zimbraAdmin/?debug=1

Just show the folowing message to me:

Enforce Z-index to hidden SEARCH BUILDER TOOLBAR
Enforce Z-index to hidden SEARCH BUILDER

And Deferred has some items, but non show at the list.
