Default multiple domain admin without global access?

Hi,

Is it possible to assign a domain administrator to have access and manage a few domains under his charge from a single admin account? This is because we do not want to give him a Global Administrator to access other domains not under his charge due to obvious security reason and we do not wish to have a troublesome multiple domain administrator accounts for him where he has to login to each account just to manage each domain.

Thanks,
Boon Hong.

Hi, my domain administrator recently complains that he is no longer able to create new account for Domain B despite have 15 accounts available for Domain B. We tend realize that because he is using Domain A domain administrator account, the accounts used for creating Domain B come from Domain A account! This is so wrong!

What should be the correct setup to use to resolve these issues? Zimbra should have a default commonly used domain administrator properly setup for customers to use immediately instead of having us to figure out ourselves.
