Default [SOLVED] No tabs in user preference - web gui

Hi. We have been using Zimbra FOSS edition (now 5.0.14) for many years, and it Rocks!
Now we are evaluating the Network Edition, and have installed 6.0.8 trial on a new Ubuntu 8.04 LTS server. We are trying many interesting Zimlets to create a really advanced web mail platform for our users.

However, users get no tabs in the preference view, and only see a page with "login options", "Searches" and "Other". On Zimbra 5 users have all the preference tabs like Mail, Composing, Signatures etc. I have been going over the Admin GUI numerous times to see if there is an option for this, but can't find any such option.

Any ideas?

Thanks
