Smile [SOLVED] Move mailbox content to another one

Hi guys

I know there are many ways to copy all content of certain mailbox to another one, even I heard about the imapsync option.

What is the best option to perform this task?

Thank you!! PoKo.

ZCS-to-ZCS Migrations » Zimbra :: Blog

the zmmailbox option worked for me, copying everything even calendars etc.

My experience with imapsync from zcs to zcs was disheartening, (for instance Contacts was nog copied) while using imapsync to copy from a courier-imap server to zimbra worked excelentely!

Yeah, I did a quick review for zmmailbox but it does not solve my problem at all.

Just like when one person leaves the company and another one goes into the problem of taking care of all those things they have in their mailbox.

I would create a subfolder into the new account, in example: "previous crazy guy" and in it, store all of the "previous crazy guy" mailbox.

Does someone know the trick to do that?

why don't you add previous crazy guy account as external account in new crazy guy account? ANd btw what would you do with calendar, addresbooks and such? Just curious.

Finally I used the embbeded IMPORT-EXPORT tool. Perhaps zimbra guys must include the script to make this tricky task easier.

ThankS!

It's called the REST Interface.
