Default inbox still being wiped

After I upgraded to 4.0, my inbox started getting wiped. At first I thought it might be Cingular doing that via my blackberry. Sometime between my upgrade and me noticing, Cingular also changed how their service works. However, there's no place to check the settings on the frigging service to see if it's set to delete or not delete messages. It appears to happen sometime in the middle of the night. BTW, they are using IMAP now instead of POP.

Is there somewhere that I can check to see what connection is issuing the delete message command?

In the meantime, I've turned off the blackberry's access to my account.

Also, is there a location where an administrator can go and un-delete recently deleted messages ala Exchange (looking around to see if lightning is going to strike me for saying that word in this place :-)

Thanks.
