mail server backup option

Hi,

I want to know about the zimbra mail server backup.

That means if my primary server is down what is the next step to up my secondary server by automatically/manually.

My question is if my primary server id down in any issue, at the same time my secondary sever has to be up.

This is my requirement.

How to connect/communicate both servers
