All users mail sending history/log control

How can I log all users mail: who, when, where was sended a message? Needs for security control.

Take a look in the log files and at the daily mail report sent to the Administrator. The daily mail report is based on 'pflogsumm', search the internet for that word and read the documentation for further information on the types of reports it can produce.
