Change getAllMtaAuthURLs from https to http

Sorry if this post already asking and and in wrong place

is there anyway to change the getAllMtaAuthURLs value from https to http, (IMHO) because of this if i run the command for backup zimbra mailbox
zmmailbox -z -m samuel.sappa@kantor.co.id getRestURL '//?fmt=tgz' > /tmp/samuel.tgz

this error message appear

ERROR: remote.CONNECT_FAILURE (https://surel.kantor.co.id:1403/service/admin/soap/) (cause: java.net.ConnectException Connection refused)

I already try to execute the command :
su - zimbra
zmtlsctl http
zmcontrol stop
zmcontrol start

and try to edit directly the files
/opt/zimbra/cyrus-sasl/etc/saslauthd.conf
and
/opt/zimbra/cyrus-sasl-2.1.23.3z/etc/saslauthd.conf
and then check the value using
zmprov gamau
the value of the getAllMtaAuthURL still https

I'm running
Release 6.0.7_GA_2470.DEBIAN5 DEBIAN5 FOSS edition
