Default Zimbra Report Explain

Hello to everyone

can someone help me with this report?

Grand Totals
------------
messages

421 received
489 delivered
0 forwarded
5 deferred (5 deferrals)
2 bounced
7962 rejected (94%)
0 reject warnings
0 held
0 discarded (0%)

86824k bytes received
106093k bytes delivered
89 senders
70 sending hosts/domains
68 recipients
40 recipient hosts/domains

I think something cant working well.what does that means about rejected?

Another question in report is :

RCPT
Helo command rejected: Host not found (total: 7766)
5978 domain1.com
1389 mx.domain.net

My zimbra reject this domains?

And the lastone question is

top 50 Senders by message count
-------------------------------
79 user1@mydomain.com

What does tha means? This user1 in this case was send 79 emails??

thanks a lot.

It's working perfectly well, what's confusing about it? You server will reject messages for various reasons (RBL, ant-spam, etc.) and that list the total rejections.

Yes, it means exactly that but you should be aware that it may be messages received or sent (it doesn't differentiate between the two). I would have thought the report was self explanatory, however, if you require further details the search the internet for 'pflogsumm' (it's the script that's used for the report) and read the documentation.

You can always confirm the figures yourself by searching the Zimbra log files.

Thanks a lot about your quickly replay.

So, for the firstone question i think you are very right thanks..

But day by day i have case with this

"Another question in report is :

RCPT
Helo command rejected: Host not found (total: 7766)
5978 domain1.com
1389 mx.domain.net"

Its a specific domain to reject (in example domain1.com) and this total Number day by day increase.

My zimbra reject this domains? Why? Because havent DNS PRT Records or SPF Records?

And about the lastone question i think its ok

top 50 Senders by message count
-------------------------------
79 user1@mydomain.com

Because about the message count it means Transaction and if someone send an email to 3 people 6 transaction generated.

I think it ok then.

thanks a lot again..

This would be for the same reason that you would see in your Zimbra log files, it depends on the DNS & Protocol checks you've enabled on your server (see the Postfix documentation for details).
