Calendar default day for workWeeek

Hi
I understand that an issue for changing default day in workWeek view in calendar still not fixed.
A question is where it stored in Zimbra. Is there any xml file or attribute that can be changed?
How calendar know that workWeek starts from monday?

Which 'issue' are you talking about? What's wrong with changing the setting in the user Preferences or the COS?

We're using Zimbra 6.06. We can't set workWeek starting Sunday instead of Monday.
We need it from Sunday till Thursday, instead Monday-Friday.
