Question [SOLVED] What is this?????????????????????

ACL of user3

GranteeName GranteeType RIghtName
group1_admin@dom7.com grp configureQuota

according to my understanding (if i am wrong, pls correct me) the above ACL should work in the following way;
members of the DL group1_admin@dom7.com can set the quota for user "user3"

but in my case... any user who is not even the member of group1_admin@dom7.com, who can see the Advanced tab for the user3 can easily change the QUota.

why it is like this...????

expecting some real comments from experts!
