OK... I could really do with some help please...

tail produces no output, so i must be running it in the wrong place...

but here is what the zimbra.log shows.. i rebooted just before cos i had that whole web browser freezing problem..

Have you changed any of our port forwards? postfix should be listening on port 25

I have not changed any of your configs apart from some in the admin area... but i have returned them all back to the default
