Question Delay in updating Grants!!!

Today i noticed one strange thing in Zimbra 6 NE. If you update a Grant Information on a distribution list through the admin console UI, and then if you checked it through CLI by the command
[zimbra@mail ~]$ zmprov gaer grp check_1@dom7.com
it is not updated at all...

I tried the following;
logout-login of the user who is member of that distribution list
logout-login of the admin user itself

sometimes it works instantly
sometimes it works after a logout-login of the member user
sometimes it works after a logout-login of the admin
sometimes it wont work by doing all these above... then after sometime (like after 5-10 mins) you will see it is updated... and working!!!

when that effected user logged in to the system, sometimes he still get the old grants... once update is shown on the CLI, then he will get the new grants on the system.

THis is giving me big head ache.... while testing the effectiveness of different grants/rights it is not giving the exact result at that moment itself... and slowing down the entire process...

sometimes... it is... sometimes logout/login will do the stuff.... sometimes.. i need to wait...

if i know how to deal with it... atleast i could act accordingly each time... but this one, sometimes it drives me crazyyyyyyy

please help me...
