Default Defer large attachments

Hi All,

I've just seen something in a company policy document which puzzled me. Something along the lines of:

"E-mail attachments are limited to 10MB during office hours, messages with attachments larger than this will be queued and sent after 8PM PST"

I'm very familiar with an absolute limit on attachments and message size, but has anyone else seen this sort of thing before? If so, how would I go about implementing it in ZCS?

I can understand the desire not to hog bandwidth in the middle of the day, but personally I think traffic shaping on the uplink would be more the way to go than deferring 'til outside office hours; my office hours are the middle of the night for my overseas colleagues!

TIA
