Question Change time for Daily Mail Report (Bug?)

Currently, "Daily mail report" is sent everyday at 23:30.

In crontab för zimbra, I can see
Code:
30 23 * * * /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmdailyreport -m
It also says:
Code:
# ZIMBRASTART -- DO NOT EDIT ANYTHING BETWEEN THIS LINE AND ZIMBRAEND
How do I change the time of the day, "Daily mail report" is sent?

You can change the crontab 30 23 * * * for /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmdailyreport -m. Thats not an issue.

Bug
The Daily Mail Report is sent as standard at 23:30 each day. The Daily Mail Report start's it's report each day at 00:00. This mean the last half hour, between 23:30 and 23:59, is never included in the report.
If you change the Daily Mail Report to 09:00, for example, the Daily Mail Report will only include result between 00:00 to 09:00. Rest of the day will never be included.

If anyone else can confirm this, it would be great.
Regards,
Niklas

Niklas,

A few versions back we had this same question and looked at the actual code to find that the rotated log file is examined as well. And indeed, we see plenty of activity in our Daily Mail Reports from that last half hour.

Hope that helps,
Mark

In that case, I have something wrong with my setup.

I have set Daily Mail Report to be sent at 09:10 each day. This is what I get each day:

Code:
