Email list with moderation!!

Good afternoon everyone, I'm not sure this is the right place, if not
please correct me.

I am migrating 2000 users from a server based on qmail-ldap, my great
concern is that this setup we have five lists moderated, and need to migrate these
lists for the more I see that Zimbra Zimbra is not the native moderation, then
I wonder how I do it? I'll need to install a external lists or is there an alternative way?
