| | | [SOLVED] Bulk Provisioning I am trying to upload a .csv with email address that we already have as bulk and it is not working I get this error message:
Zimbra Administration
Server Error encountered
message: System Failure: java.lang.ArrrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 1
Error code: service.Failure Method: GetBulkProvisionAccountsRequest
Details:soap:Receiver
This is the content of my .csv there is only one line in this one just to see if it did not like the enter in the csv file.
agents,agents agents
any help would be great as this is the last step to getting this to work

| | | I tired it that way to the domain is truesuccessmerchants, the display name is agents as it is only a forward to another account, and I did not set a password since it says it will create one automatically. I have tired everything on that page, still no joy. |

Originally Posted by michael24 I tired it that way to the domain is truesuccessmerchants, | Does that domain actually exist on the Zimbra server (hint, it should ). The feature of Bulk Provisioning does work, your format for the .csv file is incorrect and that's what's causing the problem.

| | | Yep it is one of the domains on the server I am home now and will not be in front of the server until Monday. Like I said I have put in michael@truesuccessmerchants, Michael, and still nothing I even tired doing a list of 20 address still nothing. Is there any setting that need to be changed on the server to make it work we have only had the server up for 3 days so there are no accounts really on the server. |

| | | The domain is truesuccessmerchants.com I have tried economicfreedom.com, and foerstermarketing.com which is the domain assigned to the server. The full domain assigned to the server is mail.foerstermarketing.com. |

The full domain assigned to the server is mail.foerstermarketing.com. | The domain required is the domain you have created on the Zimbra server, if that's not working then you need to list the domain using zmprov and the output of your .csv file and post the output here.
