Default Web admin console broken on Firefox 3.6

Hi

The Zimbra web admin console does not load for me on Firefox 3.6 on both Windows and Linux. I get a Zimbra logo and then.... nothing.

IE 7 and 8 both seem to work just fine. Have I missed something obvious?

Regards

Martin.

Any ideas on this one? I still have the problem. I've tried flushing caches and clearing cookies and so on, no joy.

I am having the same problem using Firefox 3.6 from Windows or Mac, both show the same problem.
Everything seems to work fine the first time, but any subsequent connections yiled just a blank screen with the Zibra logo.

Default Same problem

I'm seeing the same thing. zmcontrol restart worked for now. It hasn't come back yet.
Just upgraded from 6.0.4 to 6.0.8.

Just upgraded FireFox to 3.6.12 and things seem to be OK now, admin interface seems ok after several uses.

I'm now having this same problem. But in our situation, Firefox on Windows 7 can login successfully to the Admin interface. But OS/X 10.6 using Firefox 3.6.12 fails.

Is this an SSL issue? Or possibly Java-related?

We are on Zimbra 6.0.9_GA_2686.RHEL5_64_20101115224141.

We're having the same problem with at least Firefox 3.6.10 through 3.6.13 with both Windows 7 and XP. Can't get to the admin console, we enter the username and password then it just sits on the loading screen. It works in IE, so we can get in and do what we need to do but it's annoying when all our other work is done in Firefox.

Someone probably will be able to help you here if you can post the errors at these time. Could be JS related, so just try catching the error from firefox console.. firebug could help too.
