Default [SOLVED] Account blocked

Hi,

We have an account with 110000 mail in Inbox and we can't send, reply, forward mail from this account anymore !?

What's wrong ?

What do you mean by 'blocked'? Have you looked at the account status in the Admin UI (what does it show)? Perhaps it's reached the mailbox quota? Have a look in the log files to see if there's any errors when you send to it.

This account is not looked and there is no quota (set to 0). In fact the New, Reply, Forward button don't open the edit windows.

I noticed an error message in mailbox.log on this account:

If I set the new mail in a new windows I got a windows as shown in attached image.

Hi !

I found the cause of the problem an admin had de-activate the Address Book on this account. This option block the sent mails
