Default Zimbra server cant email my domain

Our overseas partners have a zimbra server set up. Now that a few of them are in the US they can access email through zimbra, but cannot email our domian. However, they can email yahoo and google email addresses. At this point I only have access to the web admin page, but adding out domain to the "domain" section did not help. They are receiving a relay error: 554 5.7.1 relay access denied when they try to email anyone using our exchange server. Any help would be appreciated.

How are they sending the email is it vai the web UI or a fat client? How are they connecting, via IMAP or the ZCO (is this a NE server or the Open Source version)? Are they using port 587 as the submission port and (Issume) they are Authenticating with the Zimbra server?

That section is only for domains that are hosted on the Zimbra server.

So this error is seen when the only send an email to your domain that's hosted on an Exchange server? Can you post the actual log file error messages, there should be other around that message and they might help.
