Not sure what you're trying to do, but you've posted 10+ messages with basically the same part of the log.
Make sure Zimbra is fully stopped and then re-start. Relevant messages should be in the last 100 lines or so of the logs; no need to post the entire log file.
I'm still thinking self-signed certificates. This has been discussed several times previously in the forums, but your best bet is to look at the wiki document here.
Please follow the directions here: Administration Console and CLI Certificate Tools - Zimbra :: Wiki
Let us know how that works for you.
All the best,
Mark

my server can't start.. i have tired alot method but stills have problem...
i can let you logon our server...who can help me??
Posting a thread with a title of 'Can anyone help me' isn't a good idea as most people will ignore it (something more descriptive of your problem would be better), you've also posted it in the Zimbra Desktop forum when it's a Zimbra Collaboration Suite problem - I'll move it for you. As this is the same topic as a thread you started a couple of weeks ago, I'll merge them both.
In answer to your question, this has been answered all over the forums and the most likely cause (if you're behind a NAT router) is that you don't have a valid hosts file and/or no Split DNS set-up (you'll need one). Read the wiki article for full details on what you need to do.
If that's not the problem then you need to look in the log files and see what errors you have in there. You should also post details of what you've actually tried so far in trying to fix the problem.
